17:15 – Festive Music from Miss Ivy Belle

17:30 – Santa Arrives (Santa will take a break between 18:30 – 18:45. He will be available until 19:30) N.B. If demand dies down, he may leave early

19:00 – Raffle Draw

All food vans and market stall holders will be available before 5pm should you wish to arrive early and they will leave at their own discreation towards the end of the evening.

PARKING – Please do not park on Birchy Barton Hill by the shops and do not park across driveways or on corners. The event is held on the same road as a bus route and buses must be able to pass safely and without issue. Marshalls will actively ensure the main carriageway is kept clear.
